We would like to share the measures we are taking to combat and cope with the current COVID-19 virus situation:

  • Our office is open. Our goal is to stay staffed every day safely working to keep our members financially served.
  • One member at a time at the credit union office. We are allowing members (one at a time) into the entry way of the credit union and asking you to wait outside the credit union for the member that is being serviced to exit the vestibule.
  • We have implemented temporary hours. Until further notice, the credit union will be open Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 3:00 pm. We are no longer staying open late on Tuesdays.
  • We are cleaning and sanitizing surface areas and the facility regularly. Staff members are wearing masks and gloves for the safety of all.
  • We are working in as close to a no-contact environment as possible. In-office measures include no sharing of workspaces and 6 feet distancing amongst employees. Employee-to-member measures involve transferring items via containers to minimize contact.
  • Loan applications are still be accepted and processed. Many loans can be completed online however we have streamlined our in-office process by having all documents prepared for a prearranged time for signatures. Please contact the credit union if you are interested in a loan.

Use Remote Services

In addition to the measures we are taking we ask that you use Online banking, Bill pay, remote deposit, online loan applications, debit cards, credit cards and the U.S. Postal service as alternatives to visiting the office. We are happy to send you a check through the mail for any withdraws.

This is a difficult and scary time. Let us all do our best to get through this.  We are in this together.
